Grace Church Membership Covenant
We, the members of Grace Church, confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. We promise that we will love one another, pray for one another, and seek to help one another grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We will conduct ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgives us.
We will seek to honor the Word of God and will seek to respect and follow those who have spiritual authority over us in the Lord.
We will faithfully meet together for worship, instruction, fellowship, and service. We will be good stewards of the treasures and talents that God has given to us, and we will thankfully and joyfully use them to serve Him and one another as He has prospered us.
We promise to refrain from those things which the Lord forbids, those other things which might cause someone to be offended, and anything which might dishonor the Lord or bring reproach on the church.
We will seek to bring others to Christ by being witnesses of the Gospel in word and deed, and we will strive to carry out Christ’s command to spread the Gospel throughout the whole world.
