The primary goal of our nursery is to provide the highest quality care to your children by keeping them safe and comfortable and introducing them to Jesus through songs and stories. During the worship service, we provide care for babies through three years old. Rooms are divided for babies, toddlers, twos, and threes. Nursery care continues during Sunday School with a Sunday School lesson for three year olds as well.
When you come on a Sunday morning, you will drop off your child — infant through two years old — at the nursery desk, where they will receive a name tag with their name, parents' names, and any specific information needed to care for your child. In case we need to call you out of the service, we provide parents of nursery children with pagers for quick, discreet communication. Three year olds are dropped off across the hall from the nursery in the threes room.
Shortly before the pastor's message during the worship service, children four years old through kindergarten are dismissed to attend our optional Children's Church program. This time together will include worship, Bible teaching, and fun activities.
Our Sunday School hour is a time for children three years old through 5th grade to experience small group lessons, large group teaching, worship together, and enjoyable activities in a safe, loving environment. In each of our departments (3–K; 1st–2nd; 3rd–5th), we use the Gospel Project curriculum to study through the entire Bible in a three year cycle. All departments learn the same lesson in an age-specific way so you can all discuss the lesson at home together. Watch the video below to learn more.
