- November 19 – Make-up evaluations from 9 AM – Noon.
- December 4 – Coach & Referee Training
- December 16 – Last date for coaches to contact players
- January 9, 2012 – First week of practices
- January 28 – First Saturday of UPWARD games
- March 17 – Last Saturday of games
- March 18 – UPWARD Award Ceremony
